Fun Fact

In case you did not know, a year ago yesterday my prince asked me to marry him. It was perfect! Yes, it is not our anniversary - but it is still very fun to remember!

ALSO....

Fact: Dolphins sleep with one half of their brain plus one eye closed, then switching to the other side of the brain and the other eye closed during other parts of the day -- slowing down everything inside their bodies and moving very little.

Fun Weekend

I had the pleasure of going to an extended lunch with two of the coolest people in the world Friday afternoon! Shout out to Jill and Em!! We didn't take a photo at lunch but here is a hilarious photo of Em, Jill, Am, and Lauren in the elevator with Mr. Charmer!


Friday evening Justin and I had a dinner and movie date! We recommend seeing The Proposal -so cute! I attached the trailer.

Justin was working in the yard Saturday, while I was cleaning house and baking for Father's day. Mom and Diddy came over Saturday night to eat. Every year my dad tries to get my Nan to make him a pie for Father's day -which she does NOT do b/c she makes all the adults their favorite dessert on their birthday- so this year I stepped up to the plate. Dad requested a lemon ice box pie so that is what he got. They seemed to like it! I'll post the recipe soon.

Early Sunday morning Justin headed to Little Rock to pick up Doug and Jeff for a golf game at Hot Springs Village. It was our morning to work at the Welcome Center during church so I served and then headed to Little Rock to meet up with the Swann's. Lisa fixed a delicious meal and we had a great visit! Jon, Candace, and Malyn we missed you!!

Meg's First Post

Justin wrote our first post and he is more excited about this idea than me. Don't get me wrong - I love to read your blogs - I just don't want to fail as a blogger. I think I will share some Hawaii photos with you....

Justin golfed at the Princeville and I was his crazy driver!!! (not to worry ladies, I received a morning at the spa from my wonderful husband before we played :))

Our last night out in Kauai. We had a blast! If it weren't for me I'm sure Justin would have stayed. He had a job lined up at a couple different places. We will most definetely go back to visit!!!
