Finally, we trekked to SA to visit my brother. It was a trip that was long overdue. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and it was yucky and cold the entire time. We still managed to have a great visit!

My girl and I getting all bundled up to explore the city.

Riverwalk. He was just visiting with the ducks.

Rainforest Cafe. Uncle JB picked it out for Brody and he loved it.

Buckhorn Museum. We had to take the cowboy to a cowboy museum.

 The Alamo.

All tuckered out. Sweetness.

Handsome and I got a night out! Cue the chorus! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Our sweet friends Jonathan and Leah happened to be getting married while we were there.

Y'all! This was the most beautiful and the nicest wedding/ reception we've been to.
Notice the lights hanging from the huge oak tree. There were Rock fire pits with seating. I could go on and on. We danced the night away! Literally. It was the latest we've stayed out in a long time.

Family picture at the condo before lunch.

These two. They are equally enamored with one another.

He asks to hold her all the time. Sometimes we allow it. Until he squeezes her.

We loved spending QT with my brother! Next time we will have to do all the outdoor activities.

LK 6 months

     How is this possible?!

This is the first month that I'm starting to see a true resemblance.

    Mastering sitting up.

She is seriously our angel baby. I know this may not last, so we are enjoying every second.

    Hanging with Bub.

Sis started rice cereal at 5 months. This week she has been eating veggies, and she has no problem eating. :) She loves green beans!

She's all over the place by scooting and pushing her body around, but not crawling yet.

Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and our Doctors busy schedule, we will be going to her checkup a week late.

Doll baby is wearing 6-9 month clothes and size 2 diapers.

She loves her exersaucer and jumper.

Stats to come.

Trick or Treat

Halloween 2013

Cowboy Brody and Indian princess Linley Kate.

"I'm the Sherif around here, folks."

My talented and creative momma made her costume.

It was exhausting for this momma, but fun for the babes.

LK and I came home around 6:30 so she could eat and get ready for bed, and J took Brody out for more trick or treating with friends. They didn't get home until 9. B stayed out past his bedtime!
