ONE

Today, bub is the big ONE. It doesn't seem so. Justin and I were talking the other day about how this has been the fastest year of each of our lives. Seriously. It blows my mind.

It's been a great day in that, I got to take off work and spend the whole day with my love bug on his big day; however, he is sick. I won't go into all of the details, but it's safe to say this is the worst we've seen him feel. He just likes to cuddle, all day long -but, hey, who's complaining. I am soaking it up!

{So, keep in mind that his momma made him take monthly pictures when he isn't feeling well}

At his well child visit this morning they gave us his stats:

24lbs - 60%
32 and a half in. tall - 98% (go figure)

60% head circumference

We officially made the switch to sippy cup before he recently got sick. Now, I'm a sucker. I've been allowing the baba today. We'll go back to sippy when he starts feeling better.

He is making his way to only drinking whole milk. Currently, he's been doing 2 oz of formula mixed with 6 oz of whole milk. We've been doing organic whole milk.

He hasn't gained that confidence, yet, to just take off and walk on his own. He holds onto one of our fingers and gets around real well.

He loves scrambled eggs and green beans.

His bye-bye way has gotten good. He started off pretty weak. :)

For the last couple months he has been pointing at everything. We have to walk around rooms and talk about everything there is to see and he will just point and sometimes he will try to repeat.

Life just keeps getting more entertaining with you, bubba! I love everything about you and wouldn't change a thing.
